It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that the family of the late Joseph Okiror Etyang announces the passing on of their son Benjamin Okiring Etyang of Eastern Produce Kenya Ltd/Kakuzi PLC on 7th March, 2025 after hospitalisation from a tragic road accident.
Beloved son of the late Joseph Charles Okiror Etyang & the late Francesca Aluka Etyang.
Beloved foster son of Otiob Obuogo and Elizabeth Obuogo of Kakiimba, Mfangano Island, Suba North.
Ben was the loving father of Karl & Zuri Okiring of St. Christopher’s School Nairobi, and Ella Imani Aluka of Riara International School.
Loving uncle of Savannah Ela of Waridi School.
Loving brother of the late Moses Okiror, Emanuel Ekuriei, Arimi Martha, Yohanna Otiob, and Pasaka Otiob (Aus.).
Ben also loved and cared for many others, including Stephanie Chebet, whom he loved like a daughter.
Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at his residence Amani Court, Madaraka Estate.
The funeral service will be held at the All Saints Cathedral on Wednesday, 19th March, from 2.00pm.
A fundraiser will be held at the same venue thereafter.
Burial will be held on Friday, 21 March, 2025, at Kakiimba Village, Mfangano Island, from 9.00am.
