It is with great sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Jacinta Wanja Wanjohi, at Consolata Mission Hospital Mathari after a long battle with stomach Cancer.
She was wife of the late Samuel Wanjohi Kibira.
First Born of the late Tirus Ngenyi Kanyago and the late Naomi Kamuyu Ng’enyi.
She was step-daughter of the late Milkah Gakenia Ng’enyi.
Caring mother of Eunice Kamuyu, Susan Wanjiku, Boniface Kibira, Regina Wangui,Tirus Ngenyi, Lucy Wangari, Cecilia Wanjiru, Hannah Gachambi and Margaret Wangechi.
She was darling sister of Peter Tiras Kanyago, Kamuiru, Wangari, the late Gachambi, Muringi, Maina, and Kahindo.
She was step-sister of Wanja, the late Muchiri, Muthoni, Wagithunu, Gitau, Waithaka, Ferishina, the late Wanjiru and Wacuka.
She was grandmother and great grandmother to many.
Meetings are being held daily at her home in Matiraini Village Kagongo.
The Cortège will leave Mwai Kibaki Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 20/03/2025 9:00am.
The Church service will be at Kagongo Primary School starting at 11:00am.
Burial will follow thereafter at her home Matira-ini Village Kagongo Chinga Ward Othaya Nyeri County.
