  1. Condolences to family, relatives and friends. May God comfort abd strengthen loved ones and provide all that is needed to be him bye. In 1995 when I just stepped out of university, I was referred to a Civil Service Reform consultant in KICC. I ended up being taken to Mzee Oduogis office whom I knew but dud not know was working in Civil Service Refirm Secretariat. He asked ne what I was there for and when I told him, he asked me for my resume which he critiqued and told me to come back after 1 week smartly dressed with a well done resume. The week after, I was there with a few other fresh graduates and met the consultants who interviewed and offered us field research assistantship fir several weeks. The assignment did not just get me money to start independent life was also an eye opener to me on public sector management and better understanding of central Kenya.
