It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Rosemary Njeri Gachenge after a brief illness.
She was the beloved wife of Sammy Gachenge Njoroge (Engineer, Kenya Airways) and treasured mother of Boniface Njoroge Gachenge (USIU), Beatrice Wanjeri Gachenge (Novartis) and Edwin Chege Gachenge and Ann Njeri (both in enterprise).
She was the daughter-in-law of the late Evanson Njoroge Gachenge and the late Mary Wanjeri Gachenge.
She was the daughter of the late James Chege and the late Mary Njoki.
Sister of late James Kimani, Jacinta Wanja, Ann Wanjiru, Robert Ngirici, Alice Waithera, Andrew Mbugua, (late) Paul Kinyanjui, Samuel Mwangi, Lucy Wahu and late David Mubena.
She was the sister-in-law of the Njoroge Gachenge family. Doting grandmother to five grandchildren.
Daily prayers are being held at 4:00 PM, followed by committee meetings from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at their home at Eka Tano, 2nd ave in Kikuyu Sub-County.
The cortège will leave Thogoto Funeral Home at 8:00am, on Friday, March 14th, 2025, followed by an interment service at PCEA Kerwa Church at 11.00am.
Her final resting place shall be at their ancestral farm at Nduma, Kiambu County, Kikuyu Sub-County, Kerwa Village.
