It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we, the Franciscan Missionaries of St. Joseph (Mill Hill sisters), announce the passing on of Sr. Linet Kemuma Makori, who was born on 10th August 1995 and was called to eternal rest on 11th March 2025 at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral, and Research Hospital, Nairobi.
Sr.Linet was the beloved daughter of Peter Makori and Truphena Kemunto, and a dear sister of Wilfred, Winfrida, Anastancia, Raphael, and Rebecca.
Sr. Linet dedicated her life to serving God and humanity with deep commitment, offering her gifts generously in various ministries until her untimely demise.
A Requiem Mass will be held at Ingham House, Ngong Road, Nairobi, on Saturday, 22 nd March 2025, at 4:00 PM.
The cortege leaves Coptic Hospital Mortuary, Nairobi, on Sunday, 23rd March 2025, at 6:00 AM, for St. Joseph Nyamira Parish for an overnight vigil.
The funeral Mass will take place on Monday, 24 th March 2025, at 10.00 AM, Nyabururu Parish, Kisii Diocese, followed by burial at the Diocesan Cemetery.
